We are continuing to run mediations and attend Court on behalf of our clients, however this is primarily occurring electronically. Parents who are involved in proceedings before the Family Law Courts may, in particular, have concerns about how their case will be managed by the Courts, and what to expect in the coming months until we pass “the bridge to the other side”.
