Amy Davis

Amy Davis has been a valued member of the Robinson + McGuinness team since 2017. Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Amy was admitted as a Solicitor to the ACT Supreme Court in early 2022.  

Amy applies a high level of attention to detail to all work that she undertakes. She is efficient, pro-active and pragmatic. She is committed to helping clients achieve timely and cost-effective resolutions to their family law matters where possible. She appreciates the need to provide sensitive and client-focused legal services and offers an empathetic and practical approach to problem solving.

Amy is a member of the ACT Law Society, Women Lawyers Association ACT and the Canberra Region Family Law Professionals Association. She is accredited with Mental Health First Aid Australia. Amy has volunteered at Canberra Community Law and ANU’s Law Reform and Social Justice program.
