Amy Davis

Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from the Australian National University. Amy was admitted as solicitor to the ACT Supreme Court in 2022 and has worked exclusively in the family law and estates jurisdictions for over eight years. 

Amy has experience in a broad range of family law matters, including complex property and parenting disputes, contravention and enforcement applications. Amy also helps clients draft wills and powers of attorney, and assists with probate and estate administration matters.

Amy is compassionate, pragmatic and committed to helping clients achieve timely and cost-effective resolutions to their family law and estate matters. She seeks to resolve matters outside of court where possible and has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative practice.
