Kieran Parkinson
Kieran Parkinson joined the R+M team in 2026, shortly after his admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts.
Before coming to practice, Kieran held roles at the Law Society of the ACT and the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department where he advised on matters as diverse as family and family violence law, criminal law, native title, and access to justice issues. This has equipped him with a wholistic understanding of the justice system and the challenges that clients often face.
Kieran is particularly interested in complex parenting and family violence matters. He brings a calm and compassionate approach to every matter and is committed to helping clients resolve matters as quickly, fairly, and as cost-effectively as possible.
Kieran is a member of the ACT Law Society and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
