Margot McCabe

Margot McCabe is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. She has over 10 years experience practising exclusively in family law.

Margot has extensive experience in a broad range of family law matters including complex financial and property disputes, parenting matters including relocation matters, high conflict parenting disputes and matters involving allegations of family violence. Margot has also represented parties in family violence and personal protection application proceedings. She is an interest in adoption and family creation matters, including donor agreement and surrogacy arrangements.

Margot brings a balanced approach to assisting her clients to reach the appropriate solution for them – whether that is a negotiated solution outside of Court, or through litigated proceedings. Margot is strategic and consistent in her representation of clients.

Margot holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canberra.
